More advanced time blocks using the Temporal API.

This is mostly tested on Firefox (for the time being, the only browser to support Temporal), but I included a polyfill and it seems to work fine on Chromium.

Yes, the Time extension exists, but this is meant to be a modern replacement.

ignore the commits mentioning terser because i was trying to make another contribution and accidentally did it on develop
